Somalia – The death of journalist Hodan Nalayeh causes a stir

The killing of journalist “Hodan Nalayeh” following an armed attack by al-Shabaab on a hotel in Kismayo city in Somalia’s jubaland province on the 12 of November, has sparked a stir in Somali circles as she was considered to be one of the activists who were advocates to the need to improve education and development in all sectors of life in Somalia by highlighting the positive image of the life of Somali society to encourage expatriates to return and invest in the country.
