Somalia – Conference on the activation and implementation of recovery and disaster mitigation plans

A conference on the activation and implementation of recovery and disaster mitigation plans was held in Mogadishu to help Somalia develop disaster management plans and address their impacts, in addition to discussing ways to support Somalia in development and humanitarian projects, representatives from the United Nations, the World Bank and a number of ambassadors from countries concerned with Somali affairs participated in the conference.
