The decision of the Tunisian government to ban the wearing of the niqab in public administrations and institutions in the country for security reasons has been widely debated in the Tunisian street, where some supported this decision, considering that it will contribute to the security and stability in the country, especially since the niqab has become a means of hide by those fleeing the face justice, while others rejected the decision because of the restriction on the exercise of personal freedoms, freedom of belief and dress.
