Somalia’s traditional clothing industry is a long-standing craftsmanship but challenges the threat of disappearance now.  Some handcrafters try to preserve popular traditions through the production of modern fashionable clothes at low cost, the country generally moves towards imported clothing.  On the other hand, many young people consider them outdated, so the demand in general is limited to the elderly only.
