Somalia- Displaced families suffering during Ramadan in the outskirts of Mogadishu

Hundreds of displaced families are living in very harsh humanitarian conditions in the camps of the outskirts of Mogadishu during the holy month of Ramadan. The lack of basic needs such as water and food cause a harder suffering to the families performing the fasting hours of the month. The displaced people in the camps demand the government to take its responsibility towards its people and provide them with their basic needs. Notably, the camps rely heavily on the humanitarian aid provided by charities and NGOs in the absence of government support.
