Syria – Civil Raqqa Council begins reconstruction of the city by road rehabilitation project

 The teams of the civil Raqqa Council, in cooperation with the people’s municipality in Raqqa, launched the project of reconstruction of Raqqa governorate, northern Syria, with the aim of improving the service reality in Raqqa in the areas of sewage, water, roads, cleanliness and emergency work, the Council started the reconstruction project by preparing roads and paving them as part of the governorate’s road rehabilitation project.
