Close to the Mekong River in the northern Thai province of Nong Khai, the Sala Keoku Temple has several shrines and a garden with giant concrete statues with heights that can reach up to 25 meters, inspired by the Buddhist and Hindu religions of Buddha, Shiva, Vishnu and other statues, the main three storey mausoleum temple is crowded with hundreds of small, described and sourced statues, and it has domes resembling those that can be found in mosques, it also has the mausoleum of the founder of the Temple, Luang Phu Surirat.
