Syria – Self Administration calls for international trial of ISIS elements in northern Syria

The Democratic Self Administration in the city of Amuda in northeastern Syria called on the international community to set up an international court in northeastern Syria, to prosecute ISIS elements who are approximately 5,000, the Co-Chairman of the Legislative Council for the Democratic Self-administration, Hussein Azzam, noted that after the liberation of the last enclave of ISIS in Baghuz, the number of arrested elements of the group, who belonged to 55 different countries whose countries refused to receive them, increased, stressing that they called on the international community to prosecute these elements on the ground in which they committed the crime in northeast Syria without any response from those countries, he added, that the existence of the elements is a huge burden and a threat not only to Syria but to the whole world.
