Syria – Armenian girl handed over to her parents after she was released from ISIS

The Foreign Relations Authority of the Self Management in Qamishli city in the governorate of Hasakah, in north eastern Syria , handed over an Armenian girl, named Rashal Dial Armando, to her parents after she has been released from the grip of the ISIS group.
