Syria: Return of Tel Brak residents after clearing it of ISIS mines

Civilians began to return to their homes in the town of Tel Brak in northeast Syria after the engineering units completed clearing the town of mines and explosives planted by the organization of ISIS to protect the people in town as well as houses and lands.

Civilians began to return to their homes in the town of Tel Brak in northeast Syria after the engineering units completed clearing the town of mines and explosives planted by the organization of ISIS to protect the people in town as well as houses and lands.
Some residents of the town of Tel Brak left their homes for nearly four years while Alnusra Front and the opposition factions took over town and others left after clashes between the People’s Protection Units and ISIS at the beginning of 2015.
The town of Tel Brak, located in the province of Hasaka and forty kilometers away from Qamishli is located on the main road link between Qamishli and Hasaka and Qamishli and Shaddadi and Hasaka and Tell Hamis.
