Syria – SDF declares victory over ISIS during celebration

Syrian Democratic Forces backed by the USA declared final victory over ISIS and fall of Caliphate, indicating the start of new phase, which is fighting ISIS sleeper cells that still pose a threat. This was during a celebration held in Al Omar oilfield of Deir Ez Zor eastern countryside, which was attended by International Coalition leaders, Autonomous Administration officials, tribe dignitaries and field commanders. The Syrian Democratic Forces called for the Syrian government to recognize the Autonomous Administration of north Syria. The Syrian Democratic Forces also called for Turkey to stop intervening in Syria and withdraw from the land completely.
