Palestine – Press conference on Israel’s violations against Christian and Islamic sanctities

A press conference was held at the Ministry of Information in Ramallah to discuss Israel’s violations against Christian and Islamic sanctities. This conference was held in light of some members of Israeli authorities entering Bab Al-Rahma prayer area with their shoes on, which the Awqaf issued a statement on. In addition to that is what Awqaf and Jerusalemites are going through and arresting assigned personnel taking them away from Al-Aqsa Mosque. The conference was attended by Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Muhammad Hussein, as well as parish priest of the Melkite Greek Catholic church in Ramallah and National Council member Archimandrite Abdullah Yulio to voice solidarity in order to preserve religious institutions and Christian and Islamic sanctities.
