Syria – Bali: ISIS resorts to sleeper cells concurrently with the last stage of liberating Baghouz

Mustafa Bali, head of the Syrian Democratic Forces media office said the ISIS intensified its attacks in a number of regions concurrently with the last stage of liberating Baghouz in Deir Ez Zor eastern countryside. He mentioned that the Syrian Democratic Forces recently thwarted several attacks by ISIS sleeper cells in various regions resulting in the death and injury of some ISIS members.
