Yemen – Taiz commemorates 8th anniversary of February 11 Revolution

Taiz City, south-west Yemen, is commemorating the 8^th anniversary of the February 11 Revolution, which has become one of the Yemenis’ most significant national holidays, after the revolution’s first flame was torched in Taiz on the 11^th of February. The participants affirmed that they are celebrating in homage to the memory of the martyrs of the revolution, which overthrew the regime of former President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
