Libya – Tawergha’s displaced prefer the camp over returning to their homes

Tawergha’s displaced people continue to suffer in Tripoli’s camps even though the Presidential Council of the Libyan Government of National Accord issued a decision allowing them to return to their homes. However, the displaced people favored staying in iron-built houses while facing long power outages, serious sanitation issues and harsh winter cold, over returning to their areas, where the infrastructure is collapsed and the homes are demolished.
