Libya – Benghazi people urge interim government to start reconstructions

The reconstruction of Benghazi to the east of Libya has not yet begun in spite of the huge work that needs to be done. Houses need to be rebuilt and Infrastructure needs to be renewed and redesigned after the destruction war against ISIS had caused to the city. The current situation of the city doubles the suffering of citizens who lack many public services so they started urging the interim government to fulfill its duties, pay attention to citizens’ problems, starting reconstructions that will allow the displaced to go back home and arranging the budget required for financing such reconstructions. That being said, some citizens are desperate and they already gave up on the interim government to do any real efforts regarding the reconstruction issue, so they started repairing and reconstructing their houses on their own expense.
