Syria – Raqqa rehabilitates sites affected by ISIS crimes

People’s Municipal Assembly and Raqqa’s Civil Council have begun rehabilitating the infrastructure in Raqqa, where experts are working on rehabilitating Al-Na’im roundabout to make it as appealing as it used to be before ISIS took over the city. Those in charge of the project confirmed that restoring this roundabout is all about wiping away the bad memories of this site, since it witnessed the most vicious crimes committed by ISIS against civilians during its control over the city of Raqqa.
