Tunisians donate to anti-terrorism fund
The Tunisian government extended an invitation to the political forces and civil society components and Tunisian citizens to donate to fund the fight against terrorism, and the call comes after the terrorist attack on the city of Ben Gardane by extremist groups, which have adopted ISIS thoughts.
The Tunisian government called on civil society and all Tunisian citizens to help in the fight against terrorism by donating to fund the fight against terrorism, which was created after the terrorist attack on the city of Ben Gardane at the hands of people who have adopted extreme thoughts of ISIS. President Essebsi made the first donation with his monthly salary.
The initiative came for the urgent need to support the security forces and the army to fight against terrorism and help the families of the martyrs which will include anti-terrorism fund and financial compensation to the families of the martyrs of the terrorist attacks from military institutions in addition to the civilian martyrs’
This initiative has been well received by the political forces and civil society components who rushed to donate varying amounts to support the security and military forces in fighting terrorist plots to establish an ISIS city at Ben Gardane
