Iraq – “Mosul Speaks”, a conference that discusses the role of media in the post-war phase

Under the slogan “Mosul Speaks”, MICT organized a conference to discuss the role of the media in Mosul in the postwar period as a city that needs independent and fair media coverage after its liberation from the grip of ISIS, to show the problems it suffers as well as the needs of the people of the city. The conference was attended by representatives of local and international organizations and a large number of media professionals. That was after 3 workshops were held in the end of March within the same project to discuss the role of media in supporting education, transitional justice and governance in Nineveh province after it was liberated.
