Iraq – Erbil celebrates Nowruz and the start of the Kurdish New Year

The Kurdish families celebrated Nowruz and the Kurdish New Year by wearing colorful Kurdish costumes which represents a message of peace and harmony that brings together all the people of the region, and it also symbolizes freedom and a decent life. In the Park Chander city center gathered thousands of people in the region from all Religious and national components, as well as a number of officials and diplomats to celebrate the holiday, and at the end of the ceremony, Nowruz torch was lit to start the Kurdish new Year.
