Syria – Poor living conditions ruins Al-Shahil’s people joy of getting rid of ISIS

After al-Shuhail town in the eastern countryside of Deir al-Zour was liberated from ISIS recently, the residents suffer from poor living conditions and severe shortage of basic services, where they have great difficulty in securing their water and electricity, forcing them to dig wells to get water for watering their plantations, while others buy generators to meet their needs of electricity, in addition to the lack of flour and ovens, which exacerbated the suffering of the people of the town, not to mention that some medical centers were closed due to frequent power outages.
