Syria – SDF declare total liberation of Raqqa

Syria’s Democratic Forces spokesman Talal Sallou officially announced the total liberation of Raqqa on Friday following four months of battles with ISIS, with and a compromise agreement that would allow ISIS members to leave the city. This came at a conference held in the municipal stadium in the city, which was adopted by ISIS as a headquarters before liberation.
