Iraq: Mosul residents appeal for government compensation

In the simplest possible means, the people of the city of Mosul are trying to rebuild their private homes that were destroyed by the liberation battles from ISIS. Some of the displaced people returned to their homes on the right side of the city to find them destroyed amid the absence of any compensation from the Iraqi government for reconstruction.
