Syria – SDF announce the establishment of Deir Al-Zour civil council

The Syrian Democratic Council announced on Sunday the establishment of the Deir al-Zour civil council at a conference held in the village of Abu Khashab east of Deir al-Zour, with the participation of the Civil Council of Raqqa, the civil administration in Manbij, and Deir al-Zour military council, in the presence of many dignitaries of northern Syrian tribes.
