Iraq – Barzani: The decision of the referendum is out of my hands.

The president of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, MassoudBarzani, announced in a speech he delivered on Friday at the playground of Franso Hariri in front of thousands of Kurdish people, that Kurdistan is sticking to holding the referendum on independence from the State of Iraq on September 25, noting that the Baghdad government did not abide by the provisions of the Constitution and that the decision of the referendum “came out of his hand” and became in the hands of the people of Kurdistan.
