US Defense Secretary James Matisse and his accompanying delegation arrived in Erbil on Tuesday evening, where he was received by QubadTalabani, Vice-President of the Kurdistan Regional Government and a number of ministers and officials in the Kurdistan Regional Government. The US Defense Minister also met with Kurdistan Region President MassoudBarzani, and the meeting is still going until this moment
