A delegation from the International Coalition headed by the US Special Envoy to the Coalition, Brett McGurk, arrived in the city of Raqqa in northern Syria on an official visit to the Civil Council of Raqqa for the purpose of launching a project to rebuild the city of Raqqa and its countryside
