SYRIA – ISIS members surrender to the SDF in Raqqa.

The city of Raqqa in the north of Syria recently witnessed the surrender of a large number of ISIS members, causing the organization to lose a large numbers of human members, in addition to the weapons lost in the war against the Syrian Democratic forces in Raqqa.
