The American envoy to the International Coalition against ISIS, Brett McGurk, arrived in the northeastern city of Syria, where he met members of the Civil Council, which runs the affairs of the city after being controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces, to check on the work of the Council and the situation in the city in general, and to stress supporting it
