Syria – Raqqa displaced confirm the state of fear controlling ISIS organization members

IDPs from Raqqa referred to the state of fear that controls ISIS organization members from being targeted by the SDF and the international coalition. The organization suffered heavy losses of lives and equipment since the beginning of Wrath of the Euphrates Operations and the displaced people faced many difficulties and dangers during their escape from ISIS controlled areas in Raqqa where the organization is taking them as human shields to impede the SDF progress.
