Syria – SDF reach the outskirts of Raqqa city

The spokesman of the People’s Protection Units, Nouri Mahmoud, said that the SDF have become on the outskirts of the city of Raqqa, the capital of ISIS. He pointed out that the organization is fiercely defending its alleged capital and using all brutal methods, such as using civilians as human shields and relying entirely on suicide bombings.
