Syria – Daesh organization dependence on locals rather than foreigners in Raqqa

The SDF General Command Advisor “Nasser Haj Mansour” confirmed that Daesh organization is now forced to rely on local elements because most of their foreign members fled the region and left local elements vulnerable to any attack.
