Syria- Cutting off ISIS’s resources causes them heavy economic losses

After the Syrian Democratic Forces seized control over most of the provinces in northern Syria, which are the richest in terms of natural resources, the manifestations of the economic collapse of ISIS has become prevalent, as it used to be totally dependent on crude oil in the northern regions of Syria to finance its combat operations and to recruit young people in the organization’s ranks.
