Yemen – The Yemeni Army imposes Control over Juba center in Marib
Fierce battles running between government forces and Houthi Militias in Marib, eastern Yemen, specifically south of al-Juba city center and on the outskirts of the neighboring district of Jabal Murad. Yemeni Army Forces announced that they fought heroic battles where they could force the militia fighters to retreat. On the other hand, government forces said that “the escalation came after a failed attempt to advance by Houthi militia”. In support of the Saudi-led Arab coalition Air-fighters who launched “focused raids” on Houthi reinforcements and vehicles on the same fronts, which resulted in the destruction of war equipment and the killing of those on board.
