Today, Monday, the National and Islamic Forces Follow-up Committee delivered a legal memorandum to the United Nations, against the framework agreement signed by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and the United States. This came during a vigil held by the committee in front of the headquarters of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization “UNESCO” in Gaza, in cooperation with the popular activities of the refugees. The factions urged the international community to immediately stop signing any conditional agreements that contradict the principles and rules of international law, calling for intervention to stop the use of funding for political blackmail and to pass agendas targeting the rights of Palestinian refugees.
