Syria- A Young Man Dedicates his Skills in Catching Snakes to Save his Neighborhood Residents
Since his early childhood, Mohammed Abdullah Al-Jassem, a 30-year-old Syrian man, has excelled in catching snakes. He grew up in the desert where various species of snakes thrive. He extracts the snake venom and utilizes it for producing oil, mainly used as a hair treatment or for manufacturing medications. However, he illustrated he has no space to accommodate the growing number of snakes. Thus, he sometimes leaves them or keeps some to sell their skin. Residents praise Mohammad’s efforts in saving them from these snakes. Moreover, he hopes to run a portable clinic so people would easily reach him
