Palestine – The clay oven in Gaza has been operating for more than 100 years

The Palestinian Abu Salah Sharab, in the Gaza Strip, preserves the profession of his fathers and grandfathers by continuing to work in a clay oven that works on wood, in light of the constant gas and electricity cuts, which contributes to an increase in demand for it, in addition to giving food a flavor different from that which depends on natural gas.
