Palestine – The seawater desalination plant stops after Israel prevented the entry of desalination supplies

Following the recent war on Gaza, Israel prevented the entry of anti-scalant materials and desalination supplies, which led to the suspension of the plant’s operation, which produces ten thousand cubic meters per day. It provides 250,000 people with fresh drinking water. The director of the station, Saadi Ali, stated that citizens are now using non-potable and highly saline water extracted from primitive wells.
