Iraq: Gov. of Kurdistan challenges HRW report

The government of Iraqi Kurdistan rejected claims by HRW that forces of the Peshmerga had committed war crimes in Nineveh.
In a press conference, Mr. Dindar Zibari, a government official, said that HRW’s report accusing the Peshmergas of expelling people and destroying their homes in the areas that have been liberated from the DAESH terror group in the Nineveh Province was incorrect.
