Iraq- The Most Ancient House in Sulaymaniyah was Transformed into an Artistic Gallery
Many ancient houses have been transformed into galleries for fine artists’ paintings in Sulaymaniyah. The growing phenomenon was most manifested in the ” Zamo” gallery in Sulaymaniyah central market. The supervisor of Zamo gallery, Dilshad illustrated that the house dates back to 130 years, which coincides with the establishment of the city. He added that since the 90s, the house was transformed into a gallery to showcase artists’ paintings, not to mention that the place is also a tourist attraction
