Syria: A Panel Discussion was Held in Syria to Address the New Syrian Constitutional Status

Under the patronage of the United States Department of State, the Ezdina organization in Al-Hasakah held a panel discussion regarding the new Syrian constitution’s status along with women’s role in crafting the constitution. Under the name of ” our constitution protects us”, the session was attended by community activists along with women associations’ representatives, and members who participated in crafting the constitution. Moreover, in collaboration with the local community, the project seeks to lay out a settlement for the country’s future, especially that northeastern Syria is a marginalized area, not to mention that it was excluded from crafting the new constitution
