Iraq – Arabs are more likely to purchase apartments in Erbil

According to experts in real estate and reconstruction in the Kurdistan region, 2021 has witnessed an increased demand from Arabs to purchase apartments and invest in Erbil city. They pointed out that the reasons that motivated investors to rush to buy real estate in the city, is Erbil’s safety that’s not in the rest of the Iraqis governorates, and the other thing is the facilities established by the regional government, as well as its commitment to settle all conflicts about pending projects due to the Corona pandemic.
