Syria – A new military tactic for ISIS in Syria
The head of military observatories in northern Syria, Abu Steif Khattab, stated that after the Emir al-Mawla took over the leadership of ISIS, the organization in Syria started adopting a new military tactic, attacking the Syrian army and threatening foreign forces in Syria. “Khattab” stated that the elements of the organization have taken shelter in caves, valleys, and deserts in Syria, and fed themselves with the fuel wells that are still under their dominance.
