Syria – The return of ISIS in the Syrian Badia threatens the American presence in Syria and Iraq

Fighters in the Free Syrian Army of the Syrian opposition and activists in the Islamic groups’ matters considered the return of ISIS in eastern Syria after the Emir al-Mawla took over the organization’s leadership as an excuse for the Syrian regime to enter the eastern Euphrates River areas, in addition to that its return is suspected of hidden support from the Syrian government. The experts on Islamic groups, Ahmed Al-Ahmad, stated that the return of ISIS and its obvious military operations point the finger of blame at the Syrian regime in its support to threaten the American presence in Syria and Iraq.
