Iraq – In solidarity with Jerusalem, protests to hold in Sulaymaniyah against the Israeli shelling

In solidarity with Jerusalem, and under the slogan “Jerusalem is in our hearts”, the Islamic Scholars Union, in collaboration with the Kurdish “Community and Justice” scholars, organized a protest in support of the Palestinians in Jerusalem and condemning the Israeli bombing of Gaza. The protestors raised banners denouncing the Israeli army’s oppressive policies against civilians in Gaza and Jerusalem.
