Amid appalling humanitarian conditions, at least a million refugees are residing in Kurdistan camps after being displaced by Iranian-backed Houthi militias, who took over the region and turned it into a fierce battleground. In light of power outages, residents in Duhok camps are clamoring for providing the camp with basic services.
