Iraq –Eid al-Fitr prayers to hold despite the curfew
The Iraqi capital Baghdad has held the Eid al-Fitr prayer following the Sunni authority announcement of the first day of the Eid on Thursday. The worshipers attended remarkably despite the Iraqi government’s decision to impose a curfew due to Covid. Imams of mosques and worshipers called for peace and security to prevail in Iraq and the Arab countries.
