A humble and doesn’t accept any act of sympathy towards her, on the banks of the Mediterranean, the 36 years Amani Abu Latifa, followed a new path to fight unemployment that hit Gaza, and while conducting her project, she hit another one, which is serving the local community. Abu Latifa stated that the idea of growing medicinal and aromatic herbs came after owning a plot of land. Therefore, she studied the local market and found out that certain varieties like vegetables are available to everyone in a large way, but what she found interesting was the need for medicinal plants and herbs used in natural therapy, and far from all chemical treatments that are manufactured in pharmaceutical companies, so she decided to study alternative medicine to gain experience in this field and to continue developing the project.
