Syria: After Receiving No Vaccines, The Women Council Held An Awareness Campaign on Precautionary Measures

The Women’s Council of North and East Syria held a lecture on the challenges that encounter the region in light of the Coronavirus pandemic along with means to limit the spread of the virus after hopes of receiving the Russian vaccines faded away. The lecture was presented by the senior coronavirus specialist doctor Dr. Pedro San Jose. He confirmed that the available vaccines cover only 17% of the population, which means 2 million people. The vaccine will be delivered to the security squares run by the Syrian government in the autonomous administration
