Syria: Grassroot Celebrations launch in Al-Qahtaniyah Region to Mark Nowruz Festival

Under tightened precautionary measures, Grassroot celebrations are held in the Al-Qahtaniyah region in al-Hasakah to mark the annual Nowruz festival, known as the “spring holiday”.
